Cancellations:

Cancellations or reservation changes made at least one business day in advance allows our team the opportunity to accommodate other guests and will be greatly appreciated. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service fee. No-show reservations are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the service appointment.

Arrival:

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation. This will allow you time to unwind, enjoy a beverage, preview a possible new look in our various fashion magazines or catch up on the latest gossip in your favorite publication.

Late Arrivals:

To ensure the promptness of all reservations we reserve the right to reschedule any reservation that is 15 minutes late or later to another convenient time.

Redo:

Paolo Cuppari Hair Designs stands firmly behind all of its salon services. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your service please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation. Tweaks and adjustments will be honored for one week of the date of service.

Payment:

We Accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and cash for payment of services and products. We do not accept checks of any form for payment.

Gratuities:

Tips can not be added onto credit card or debit card. Tips are appreciated in Cash only.

Returns/Refunds:

Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on services performed. However, we will work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied.Paolo Cuppari Hair Designs Proudly stands behind all it’s products . Should you find dissatisfaction with any of these products purchased at Paolo Cuppari Hair Designs , we will gladly apply the full value of the returned product to another product of your choice if returned within 30 days from date of purchase.All Sales of hair brushes, hair accessories (clips, hair bands, etc.) & Cosmetic sales are final. No returns and no exchanges.Tools (blow dryers, flat irons, etc) may be returned within 30 days of purchase, providing they are in their original packaging, for exchange only.
